2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us

Access to our Services requires a corporate Service Agreement between InGenius and the Client. As part of the onboarding process, we collect information about authorized Users, including name, company name, job title or role, email address, phone number, and company address. Additional information may be required depending on the Services provided under the applicable Service Agreement.
2.1.2 Contact Form Submissions
When you submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page or request a personalized report, we collect the information you provide, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. 2.1.3 Client Business Information
In connection with your use of our Services, you may provide us with business information such as your company’s lending footprint, recruiting criteria, market preferences, and other operational data necessary to configure and deliver our Services.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
2.2.1 Usage Data
When you access our Site or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, and interaction data such as clicks, searches, and filter selections within the platform.
2.2.2 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze Site usage, and support our marketing efforts. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us recognize returning users, remember preferences, and compile aggregate data about Site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site.
2.2.3 Third-Party Analytics
We use third-party analytics services, including but not limited to Google Analytics and HubSpot, to help us understand how visitors use our Site. These services may collect information sent by your browser, including cookies and usage data. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. For HubSpot tracking, you may manage your preferences through our cookie consent controls.
2.3 Publicly Available Data Sources
Our Growth Multiplier platform and related Services aggregate and analyze data from publicly available sources, including but not limited to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data, public real estate transaction records, and publicly available professional licensing and contact information. This data is used to generate analytics, reports, and insights for our clients. InGenius does not collect or process private consumer financial data; the mortgage and real estate data used in our platform is derived from government-mandated public disclosures and other publicly accessible records.
2.4 CRM Platform Data
Our CRM product allows clients to import data from the Growth Multiplier public data set and to input, manage, and store their own proprietary business data within the platform. InGenius does not access, monitor, use, or share any proprietary data that clients enter into the CRM beyond what is necessary to provide the CRM service itself (e.g., data storage, backup, and platform functionality). Clients are the sole data controllers of any proprietary information they add to the CRM and are responsible for ensuring that their use of such data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.6 SMS/Text Messaging Data
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS/text messaging opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services (such as customer service and platform delivery) is permitted, provided such subcontractors are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own marketing purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Security

Our Services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, which provides industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest and in transit, access management, and network security. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We also retain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as required by applicable law. When personal information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies.
For CRM platform data: proprietary data entered by Clients into the CRM will be retained for the duration of the Client's Service Agreement and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow data export. Upon termination of a Client's Service Agreement and following the data retrieval period specified in the Terms and Conditions, Client-entered proprietary data will be deleted.
